Here’s a few quick tips to keep in mind in case you are in an accident. Knowing what to do if you are in an accident helps to reduce stress and keeps you and your family safe.

First, check for injuries. Check yourself first, and then check on your fellow passengers. If there are injuries, call an ambulance immediately.

Next, secure your vehicle. Turn on your hazard flashers and pull to side of the roadway if at all possible. Do not exit the vehicle until you have determined it is safe to do so. If you have traffic cones, triangles or flares place them around your vehicle.

Call the police. An official police report helps to establish the facts and makes any claims settlements easier.

Exchange information with the other driver(s). Do not apologize or claim fault. That is for the police and claims adjusters to sort out. Document the accident as best you can with pictures, take descriptions of vehicles involved and get the contact information of any witnesses.

Lastly, contact us as soon as possible so we can get your claim process started.

• Lobby Capacity Limits: We will limit the number of members to a maximum of two (2) at a time to allow for proper physical distancing in every branch.
• Social Distancing: We installed floor markers and have positioned office chairs to encourage proper physical distance between yourself, other clients, and our employees.
• Cleaning and Disinfecting: We are following enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocol that includes cleaning commonly used areas and equipment in high-touch surfaces.
• Protective Barriers: We have installed a protective barrier at our reception desk to protect both you and our employees.
• Limited Exposure: We will be prohibiting outside food and beverage from entering our office, and our restrooms are closed for public use to limit contact and exposure.
